Lyman, SC, March 6, 2009 –-- The Professional Bucking Bull Association (PBBA) announced the creation of the new bull riders’ association; the National Bull Riders Association (NBRA).

The NBRA was created by PBBA stock contractors and producers for all bull riders who enter PBBA events and other bull ridings produced by NBRA producers. The NBRA’s already has events scheduled in SC, NC, OH & VA.

Mike Porter PBBA Founder and President, stated" The PBBA Board of Directors created the NBRA for the bull riders, the producers and the stock contractors. The NBRA’s focus will be on promoting its members." Porter added "The NBRA’s officers will be made up PBBA Board members Tom Smith, formerly with SEBRA, Bob Cooper, Ohio stock contractor and producer, and myself. This team of leaders has the skills and experience to grow the NBRA alongside the PBBA. It’s a great match."
